Mangaluru: Bike rider killed in road accident near Mulky

Mangaluru, Nov 16: After a motor bike hit the road divider at Kokkarkal near Mulky in the taluk on national highway 66 on Sunday November 15 afternoon, a bike rider was killed. He has been identified as Prasad Kumar (29), son of Narayana Devadiga from Padubidri.

Kumar was going to Padubidri from the city, when his vehicle hit the road divider. He was critically injured. He died when he was being moved to a hospital. It is gathered that he used to work for a showroom run by a private concern at Manipal.

A case stands registered about the incident in Suratkal traffic police station.
