Bengaluru: Signs of revolt - JD(S) leaders angry at Kumaraswamy's outbursts

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, Nov 29: Sections of JD(S) have taken umbrage at certain utterances of some party leaders including state president, H D Kumaraswamy. A few leaders have hit back at allowing internal differences to continue, and making public statements which they feel are tantamount to insulting them.

Since sometime, rumblings inside the JD(S) have repeatedly pointed to the failure of top leadership to address issues raised by aggrieved members of the party. Now, legislators, Cheluvarayaswamy and Zameer Ahmed Khan are irritated over the attitude of the father-children leadership of the party.

The fact that Cheluvanarayaswamy accompanied by his party leaders, Zameer Ahmed Khan and Akhanda Srinivasamurty, met chief minister, Siddaramaiah, on Saturday dropped enough hints about the differences within JD(S) leadership.

These legislators are angry at the use of the expression 'Congress agents' against them by Kumaraswamy. Cheluvarayaswamy said that it was wrong on the part of party leadership to brand them as Congress agents. He said it would have sufficed if Zameer Ahmed was called and told that alliance is not desirable. He said he is pained, as he too has good experience in politics, and he feels that Kumaraswamy had spoken about them in derogatory manner.

He said he had met the chief minister on personal basis, and not to discuss alliance. "Just because we praise someone from another party does not mean that we want to join them. It may be recalled that S M Krishna had praised Deve Gowda in the past. I do not know whether there are differences between the father-son duo of Deve Gowda and Kumaraswamy. But Kumaraswamy should have expressed his opinion about the alliance within the party circles without going public with it," he explained.

All who are commenting here, just a question, why do Congress need JD(S) support? They being ruling party can't win election on their own, why did they need JD(S) support to rule BBMP? The answer is Congress is not capable of winning any election in Karnataka on its own, did they win majority of seats in Lok Sabha election in yr 2014, did they win majority of seats in BBMP? no, because they have a useless CM, who doesn't even know how to rule, he is not even popular in the state, he is a migrant form JD (S), he is more communal than radical BJP, BJP did give a good rule for 1 year, but after that it was all down fall for them for internal politics and corruption.
The Writing is on the wall "nice & clear", current congress will not come to power after year 2018 assembly poll, they will lose lots of seats, (especially in DK & Udupi district). This is not prediction, but reality, they may remain as single largest party? if so, but they still might take Mr. Kumaraswamy's help, as he will eventually control the party not Ex PM Mr. Deve Gowda. It will happen just like late Mr. Bangarappa's family, just look at congress situation, they are finished, they will survive just taking support of other regional parties, just like Bihar, and will be happy with it. It hurts us to see the congress state of mind. The fall of grand old party of 125 years. Congress wake up, make Dr. Paramweshwar as CM.
    Congress sympathizer.

Testing times for Deve Gowda & Sons...Leaders like Chelluvarayaswamy & Zameer Ahmed may jump ship. After meeting Siddu, he may cut the umblical chord of JD(S) that may eventually split the already demoralised party...

After Siddramiah episode of 2009, why is Father Sons party not changing? They should learn from Nitish Lalu experiment of Bihar

Now he want to Merge JDS to BJP so he is giving physical torture to Secular leader so they can resign JDS party. HD Kumarswamy is member of RSS which many people don't know about him.
