Indeed - the best way to keep healthy is to ensure that you do some FITNESS EXERCISES every day. Every one has an obligation to keep the mind and body healthy at all times.

AGE IS NO BAR. It is a great concept that young and the old are presently take to exercise. It was good to see Our present D.C. Ibrahim taking part in exercises and setting an example to the young and the old.

I have no hesitation in stating that I - even at a very ripe old age do my FITNESS EXERCISES every morning starting at 4.30 a.m. My good wishes to all who support this form of exercises.
