Mangaluru: Birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammed celebrated at Ullal

Mangaluru, Dec 29: "The birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammed should be celebrated with love. A Muslim cannot be called a complete Muslim if he does not love the Prophet," said A M Naushad Bakhavi.

He was spoke at a Hubbarasool programme held by Shamsul Ulama Islamic Center, Belma Badyar on Sunday December 27.

"There are many miracles of Mecca and Medina. Devotees will be benefited if they conduct Dua in Medina. The Prophet had given due importance to Medina. He had spent his last days there. If Muslims visit the place at least once in a lifetime, it is possible to get a real picture," he said.

Shaikhuna Mithabail Abdul Jabbar conducted the Dua. Welcome committee chairman Isac Haji Natekal chaired the programme. Advocate Hanif Hudavi Delampady gave a keynote address. Panakkad Assayed Rashid Ali Shihab Thanjal inaugurated the programme.

Mangaluru urban development authority president Haji Ibrahim Kodijal, Vidyarathna school head K Ravindra Shetty Ulidottu, Wakf board district president S M Rashid Haji, Deralakatte Badriya centre Juma Masjid president Aboobacker Haji Natekal, vice president Ilyas D, former president Ismail Haji, Kundooru Juma Masjid Khatib Abooswahil Faizi, Jamiyathul Muallimeen Deralakatte Range president Abdul Latif Darimi, SKASSF Mangaluru zonal president Ibrahim Konaje, Derelakatte Badriya centre Juma Masjid Khatib Abdul Nasir Fairi and others were present.
