Udupi, Dec 31: The 19th death anniversary mass Fr Alfred Roche was presided over by Dr Dolphy Pais, Provincial of Holy Trinity Province, Karnataka, together with many conconcelebrants at Holy Family Parish Brahamavar at 11.45 am.
The mass was attended by great number of faithful from different parishes of Mangaluru, Udupi and Karwar dioceses, where Fr. Alfred Roche rendered his services. After the mass a short prayer service was conducted at the holy tomb and thereafter a short reception organised by the capuchins and relatives of Fr Alfred Roche.
The Holy Trinity Provice Karnataka has begun the process of raising Fr Alfred Roche to the sainthood.
