Mangalore, Sep 30: At the 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the association of Karanataka Cashew Manufacturers Association (KCMA) Kalbavi Prakash Rao has been re-elected as the president of the association.
According to a press release from the association D Gopalkrishna Kamath of Mangalore Cashew Industries Siddapur has been duly elected as the vice president of the said association. Krishnananth P Mallar of Mallar Exports Private Limited, Mangalore as treasurer, B Rahul Kamath of Bola Raghavendra Kamath and Sons, Karkala as secretary and K Pramod Kamath of K S A Kamath and Sons, Kasargod as joint secretary.
At the meeting P Subraya Pai, Kiran Kumar Kodgi, H Radhakrishna Nayak, M Manjunath Prabhu, B Gopinath Kamath, K Sudhakar Kamath and Yogish Mallya were elected as the managing committee members of the association.
The meeting discussed its future course of action and also decided to conduct an All-India Cashew Convention in February 2008.
