Udupi: JCI donates towards cost of 'Suraksha Yantra'

Udupi, Mar 21: JCI national executive vice president Hardik Kapadia during his official visit to Kaup JCI on March 19, handed over a demand draft for Rs 20,000 as the cost of 'Suraksha Yantra'  proposed to be installed in the women's hostel of Kaup Vidyaniketan group of institutes.




The project taken up by JCI state president Rajashree Bhaje for women's hygiene based on prime minister Narendra Modi's ambitious concept is priced at Rs 20,000 each. The machine in Vidyaniketan Women's Hostel by Kaup JCI is sponsored on behalf of Kaup Charitable Trust by Kaup Vidyaniketan Group of Institutes convener K P Acharya.

JCI zonal president Sandeep Kumar, Vidyaniketan edcuation institutes management official professor V K Udyavar, Udupi City nursing college managing director Hariprasad Rai, JCI zonal vice president Rakshit Kudupu, programme department director Chidanand Idya, zonal officer Anil Kumar, Subhash Poojary, Arun Kumar, Shakir Havanje, Kaup JCI former president Rajendra B K, secretary Vinod Kanchan, Youth Jaycee president Neeraj Kumar, youth Jaycee director Sandeep Shetty and others were present.

JCI zonal vice president Rakesh Kunjoor welcomed the gathering. Kaup JCI president Saumya Rakesh proposed the vote of thanks.
