Udupi, Oct 6:  Manipal Informatics Private Limited (MIPL), a wing of the Manipal Press will soon be striking a deal with Delta Services which handles the technicalities of one of the biggest private sector Indian banks, ICICI bank. MIPL the International Call Centre was set-up in the year 2001 and today it is one of the top most BPO’s in the country, sources here informed. 
 
The areas of expertise and specialization of Delta Services is the field of BPO and KPO and it has been providing its services to about 500 different companies in varied fields such as banking, finance and insurance. Its main target is to strike a deal with 1000 such companies by 2008.
 
As a part of the Manipal Press, Manipal Informatics has been gaining success in a place like Manipal and is forging ahead to spread its wings and provide its services to the rural areas.

Acknowledging the milestones achieved by Manipal Informatics the Government has awarded it with the “Karnataka State Best IT Export Award”.
