Mumbai, Oct 10: ‘Bunts Centre’ the mega complex constructed near Gaodevi Chowk, Juhi Nagar (West), Navi Mumbai by Mumbai Bunts Association, will be inaugurated on Sunday October 14, said Association president Jaya K Shetty.

Speaking at the press conference, held at the mini hall, located in Bunts Centre, he said that Bunts are heroic and brave.  Bunts Centre, has been the outcome of organizing capabilities of Bunts community.  The centre would serve as launching pad for cultural, social welfare and worthy activities.  Moreover, the centre would serve as single window to provide the facilities that are provided by the Association.  The building lies on a plot of 2000 sq. ft.  The fully air-conditioned, Soumyalatha Sadanand Shetty Auditorium, with the seating capacity of 750, where Anand Shetty stage located is the significant one.

The mini hall with a seating capacity of 300 and conference hall, situated are second floor. Diagnostic centre, state-of-the-art library, exhibition centre, colourful room to stage cultural programme, ultra modern gymnasium, serves as the contribution of Mumbai Bunts Association.  

Hejamady Vittal Shetty, honorary treasurer Ratnakar V Shetty, building committee executive president N C Shetty, Babu N Shetty, honorary chief secretary Jayant K Shetty, joint secretary Ravindra S Shetty, ‘Patrapushpa’ monthly bulletin editor Dayasagar Chowta and others were present at the press conference.
