Los Angeles, Apr 13 (IANS): Model Hailey Baldwin, who has been romantically linked with singer Justin Bieber, says dating a celebrity is "hard".

Baldwin also said that she doesn't want "attention out of dating somebody", reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"I don't want attention out of dating somebody. Texts started coming through, crazy phone calls... It's hard to date somebody in this industry. You have to have really thick skin and be very strong," Baldwin was quoted as saying by Marie Claire magazine.

Bieber and Baldwin never confirmed they were dating but she previously admitted their relationship was "complicated", reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"He's going on tour and relationships are just complicated. Everyone is making this to be such a big deal and it's really not. And it's just between me and him," she said.

While Baldwin doesn't want attention just for who she dates, she is also determined not to make a name for herself.

"I just want people to look at me for what I'm doing right now. I would rather people be talking about me as an individual," she said.
