Islamic State claims responsibility for Nice attack


Paris, July 16 (IANS): The Islamic State (IS) on Saturday claimed responsibility for the terror attack in the French city Nice that left 84 people dead.

The IS issued a statement to press agency QAMA, BFMTV reported. Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel, who ran over the victims in Nice with a truck, was described as a "soldier" of the IS.
