Moodbidri, Jul 27: In an accident which occurred at Mijar here on Tuesday July 26, a person lost his life after the vehicle in which he was travelling hit a roadside tree.
Muneer (23) from Kalavaru lost his life in this accident. Muneer was seated in his line sales vehicle that was moving towards the town from Mangaluru when the driver of the vehicle lost control over the vehicle.
Muneer had suffered serious injuries in this accident. He was taken to a hospital at Moodbidri. But on account of the critical nature of his injuries, his life could not be saved.
Driver of the vehicle escaped with minor injuries. A case about the accident was registered at Bajpe police station.
