Belagavi: Bannanje Raja's judicial custody extended

Belagavi, Aug 13: The judicial custody of underground fugitive, Bannanje Raja, was extended till August 30 by the special Karnataka Control of Organized Crimes Act (KCOCA) court here on Friday August 12.

Bannanje, who has been accused of involvement with over 40 murders including that of entrepreneur, R N Nayak, was produced under tight security in the KCOCA court located in the district and sessions court complex here at around 11 am on Friday August 12.

Judge of the court, Ashok Nijagannanavar, who heard the arguments, passed order extending Raja's judicial custody till August 30.
