New Delhi, Aug 22 (IANS): It was a cloudy Monday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 26.1 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the season.
The sky is likely to remain cloudy through out the day, an India Meteorological Department official said.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 35 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season's average, the official said.
According to the weather office, the humidity at 8:30 a.m. was recorded at 79 per cent.
The rainfall recorded in the past 24 hours was nil.
Sunday's maximum temperature was recorded at 35.9 degree Celsius while the minium temperature was 26.1 degree Celsius.
