Boon to Ullal locality:
Ullal is a growing town, about 8-10 kms south of Mangaluru city and close to Karnataka-Kerala border. As the people of northern Kerala depend on Karnataka for high-end health care, a heavy inflow of patients ensues to Mangalore-Manipal region. With its location close to the state border, Saroj Multi Speciality Hospital will be an ideal and convenient healthcare destination for the patients.

Ullal town is one of the oldest towns in India. It is famous for its many historical and religious landmarks as also for its flourishing fisheries industry. The current population of Ullal including the nearby areas is around 1.50 lac. At present no hospital of this type in and around Ullal or adjoining regions caters to such a large resident population.

The hospital is located in a place with a serene atmosphere alongside the beach. The hospital is easily reachable from the national highway and it is readily accessible through public transport too. The hospital has well planned three way entry / exist to accommodate heavy inflow of patients.

Mother and child care is still not developed in this area and nor in adjoining areas like Mangaluru and Manipal. Obstetrics and gynaecology along with neonatal and pediatric care has got a lot of scope in this area. Hence this facility will be provided at the hospital.
