Mangaluru, Aug 27: A fire appeared after the gas cylinder reportedly exploded at Prashanth Canteen at Pumpwell in city on the morning of Saturday, August 27.

Fire brigade which arrived in time stopped the fire from spreading. As there is a liquor shop next to Prashanth Canteen and if the fire was not extinguished, it could have caused more losses.
