12 killed in Egypt road accident

Cairo, Aug 29 (IANS): At least 12 persons were killed and two injured on Sunday in a massive road accident between a passenger microbus and another vehicle at a desert highway in Egypt, the local media reported.

The crash took place near the entrance to Sohag International Airport at Cairo-Aswan desert highway, Xinhua news agency reported.
