Udupi, Aug 31: With two accused being remanded to judicial custody on Wednesday, August 31, all the accused now are in judicial custody relating to the murder of Bhaskar Shetty.
Srinivas Bhat (56) and Raghavendra (25), who have been accused of destroying evidence, were in CID custody till now. The court gave them judicial custody till September 6.

Main accused Rajeshwari (48), the wife of Bhaskar Shetty, her son Navaneet Shetty (20), and astrologer Niranjan Bhat (26), are already in judicial custody which will also end on September 6.
Judge instructed the prosecution to provide necessary medical attention to Srinivas Bhat who is suffering from a heart ailment.
As the bail application for Srinivas Bhat and Raghavendra stands rejected by the court here in the earlier hearing, it is believed that the advocates representing them will move the application in higher court soon.
Blood samples of family members collected
Gulabi Shetty and Suresh Shetty, mother and brother of Bhaskar Shetty respectively, gave blood samples and they were handed over to CID in the court on Wednesday, August 31.
The blood samples will be compared with the remains of Bhaskar Shetty in DNA test. It is not yet known with what remains of Bhaskar Shetty it will be matched as CID is light lipped over the evidence they have collected.
The court had made the decision on DNA test on August 21.
