Mangalore, Dec 25: It's Christmas - the entire city is lit up in colourful stars and the spirit of the season pervades the atmosphere. Santa Claus in every corner, lush green Christmas trees adorned with a myraid display of glittering ornaments, and tasty Kuswar sweets all usher in a feeling of unbound joy.
Team Daijiworld went around the city to capture the festivities in camera.
Christmas is being celebrated across the city with gusto. The churches are full to the brim with people gathering to attend the Christmas Eve Mass.
The festive mood has permeated the city bringing with it all its colours and joyful spirit. It's a time to share and care, to be together and to love and be loved.

Mangalore, Dec 24: Thousands of devotees attended the Christmas-eve Mass on December 24 late evening in different churches.
The winter weather was not very loaded with chill. The day was warm and humidity could be felt in the nightly hours.
But the spirit of Christmas and faith ruled high and people attended in good strength in all churches that our correspondents visited.
