One million Chinese officials probed for graft


Beijing, Oct 24 (IANS): More than one million officials have been probed in China for corruption since 2013.

The Global Times reported this on Monday, based on information provided by the Communist Party's Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.

Experts said China's anti-corruption drive was a political accomplishment and key to maintaining the party's leadership.
