    Mr Joseph,
In Pakistan there are many non-state actors who are nurtured by Pakistan Army. They are brainwashed by forcing them to believe that it is a religious war fighting against infidel Country. They believe that fighting an infidel country and dying enroute to this cause is a sure shot to Paradise. This belief gives them lot of recruits who are officially not in Pakistan Army. In India this is a drawback. Remember Shankar Roy Chowdhury advised to have some non-sate actors.

All newspapers report that India is keeping a count of the Pakistani troops violating the ceasefire by shelling across our border. But I don't understand why we are resolute with our patience? Why aren't we going out arm tooth and nail on them instead of just retaliating only on their check posts. We have to always have an UPPER EDGE over them. But they are doing otherwise blatantly. Don't we have army expert(s) who should be able to give some defense and counter attacking tips retaliation tips to our soldiers so that when they strike hard, they should pound the hell out of the Pakistanis. Such a strategy is the critical need of the hour. Otherwise we will keep losing more of our civilians and soldiers and the numbers will climb every passing day.
