Injured Casemiro ruled out of Brazil squad for World Cup qualifiers

Rio de Janeiro, Nov 5 (IANS): Real Madrid midfielder Casemiro has been sidelined from Brazil's squad for their World Cup qualifiers against Argentina and Peru after failing to recover from a leg injury.

The 24-year-old has not played since fracturing a fibula in Real Madrid's 2-0 victory over Espanyol in La Liga on September 18,reports Xinhua on Friday.
