    Dear pinto,
Once a person came out from jail on any type of bail it's not possible to track him by police. Our poor judicial system has to change. I will tell you one thing this man till his death won't do any other work other than drug peddling. He knows how to make easy money. Keep lawyer and a personal to get bail. Next day he will go Andhra or Telengana to bring ganja because his customers waiting for him. Like note now need to change judicial system. Intresting we only feeding by our tax money in jail. And we will elect uneducated criminal, corrupted people as law makers. Mera Bharath Mahan
