This article explains the whole incident like...well he had this toy in his pocket that he yanked out and started playing with it and come what may HE IS DEAD. Anyway, does not make sense to me. How can these deadly weapons be carried around just like that in Mangalore.

Question is can Mangalore be considered as safe if guns are going around in citizen's pocket and in this instance the individual himself is the victim of his deadly toy. IFFFF carrying guns is legal then I think they should not be allowed to accompany human beings under the influence of alcohol...just like driving under the influence of alcohol is illegal.
