Mangalore: 'BJP Likely to Grab Power in Impending Polls'

Mangalore, Jan 20: Communication, consensus and majority will be the mantra of BJP which will unite people and thus display its potential in the impending polls, said Girish Mattannanavar, president of the state BJP Yuva Morcha.

He was addressing the gathering at the district office of BJP, located near PVS circle, in the city on Sunday, January 20.

BJP has a potential network across the state. BJP is growing from strength to strength as people from villages to cities are showing their inclination towards BJP. In the wake of the favourable step, committees should be set up at district level and propagate the ethics and ideologies of the party, he added.

Enrollment of members to BJP is in full swing, while nearly four lacs volunteers have already enrolled, till this day.  Youth are the foundation of the nation, party workers are working to change things for better in the party, he added.

Nagaraj Shetty, former district-in-charge minister, also spoke on the occasion. 

B Gururaj Shetty of BJP Yuva Morcha, Monappa Bhandary, president of Taximen’s Association and Yogish Bhat, former MLA of Mangalore and others were present on the occasion.
