M’lore: Holy Family Girls’ School Chosen for National-level

Mangalore, Jan 23: The students’ team of Holy Family Girls’ High School, Bajpe which had bagged first place in state-level science exhibition competition has now been chosen for national-level competition.

The science model prepared by Rajashree and Mallika K, the students of Holy Family Girls’ High School, Bajpe had bagged first place in the state-level science exhibition competition which was held at Carmel Convent High School, Mandya. The competition was jointly organized by association of directorate of state Education Research and Training and Public Instruction department.  The school team has now been chosen to take part in national and south India-level competitions which will be held at Thiruchinapalli (Trichy) in Tamil Nadu.

The low cost teaching aids based on educational technological science prepared by Sushma and Vishmitha, a food and agriculture-based science model prepared by Shruthi and Namratha was chosen for south India-level science exhibition competition.

The students have prepared these science models under the guidance of Vasudev Rao Kudupu, school science and mathematics teacher.
