Koppal, Dec 22: “Who is Yeddyurappa to say that three ministers from my cabinet will resign? Does he have paranormal power? How does he know about the future?” asked chief minister Siddaramaiah here on Wednesday, December 21 referring to the statement made by state BJP chief B S Yeddyurappa a day earlier.
“Yeddyurappa had said that he will expose the ministers within three days. He claims that he has the records. Why cannot he disclose the same to the public? I am very sure that he is lying,” he added.
“I do not trust him. Do not even mention his name. We all know about what he did when he was the chief minister in the state.” Siddaramaiah opined.
Siddaramaiah criticized central government for its step-motherly treatment in providing assistance to the state government in tackling drought. He said that the state government had requested for a grant of Rs 4702 crore and there has been no proper response.
