Kuwait, Jan 3: Kuwait Canara Welfare Association Kuwait (KCWA) has taken up yet another noble cause to help the poor, the needy and abandoned brethren belonging to less privileged sections of society.
To become a partner of this most humane activity towards the ones who need love, care and support, KCWA has organized 'Kala Utsav 2017' on January 13 at the American International School, Kuwait from 4:15 pm onwards.
The programme includes performances by popular actors and singers, live band by 'Soul Stirrers', Gulf Baila Naach semi-finals, rib-tickling jokes by famous comedians from Kuwait, foot-tapping dances by the local artistes, distribution of merit scholarships and awards, hamper draw, and a comedy Konkani drama - 'Keppyache Kesthavn'.
The organizers have requested the public to patronize the event so that they can transform the lives of the downtrodden, restore their hope for living and give new choices and path for a better life. The amount generated from this event shall go in support of HIV/AIDS patients 'Jeevadaan' and home for the aged and abandoned 'Snehalaya - Shanthi Dham' in Mangaluru.
Entry passes are available with all the managing committee members. Book your seats at the earliest. All are invited to participate and support for this fun-filled evening and be part of the worthy cause.
