Inter-Collegiate Fest Excelso 2K17 held at Milagres College

Mangaluru, Jan 31: An Inter-collegiate Commerce, Management and Cultural Fest EXCELSO-2K16 was held in Milagres College Auditorium, on Saturday, January 28.

Dr A M Narahari, registrar of St Aloysius College (Autonomous), Mangaluru was the guest for the day. Fr Valerian D’ Souza, correspondent of Milagres Institutions presided over the programme. Fr Michael Santhumayor principal, Daniel Mathias – ACCA affiliate, Lavita Pereira coordinator of commerce and management, Eva Manorama the cultural coordinator, Preetham, student coordinator and Mohammad Razi were the other dignitaries on the dais.









Fr Michael Santhumayor welcomed the chief guest and the gathering. The ceremonial lamp was lit by the chief guest and the dignitaries on the dais. Dr Narahari addressed the gathering."I congratulate the college management for putting up this wonderful event. I urged the students to excel in their life and incorporate excellence as their motto. I wish the participants good luck for the events, " he said, asking them to perform equally well even in their life.

Fr Valerian D’Souza stressed on the opportunities available to students and mentioned that a fest like this brings out the innermost talents as much as it helps the intellectual development of a person. In his presidential remarks, he also encouraged students to work as a team for an excellent outcome.

The vote of thanks was proposed by Mohammad Razi of II year BCom Mohammad Hasan Razi of II BBA compered the programme.
