Mangaluru: Mamatha and Harshitha of Alvas college bag gold medals in wrestling

Mangaluru, Feb 6: Two students of Alvas college, Mamatha and Harshita, bagged gold medals in the recently held national level wrestling competition of Pre-University Colleges at Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.

While Mamatha bagged the gold medal in the 45 kg category, Harshita won the gold in the 50 kg category. The duo represented Karnataka state.

Dr M Mohan Alva, president of Alvas Education Foundation congratulated the winners.
