M'luru: Aravind Bolar to play prominent role in 'Chapter' releasing this April

Mangaluru, Feb 8: The shooting of the upcoming Tulu film 'Chapter' has been completed. The movie is likely to hit theaters in the coastal region around the first week of April this year.

The Tulu movie is being produced by Bengaluru's LV Production, and directed by Kannada cinema's Mohan Bhatkal.

Mohan Bhatkal who has directed many Kannada films is the director of this film.  Mohan has also worked as an assistant director under Madesh from Kannada film industry. His work as an assistant director include movies like Gaja, Brandavana, Power among many others. This will be his first attempt with a Tulu film. Surendranath has composed the music for the film.

Muhurat for the movie was held at Kadri Manjunatha temple last November.

The shooting of the film is held in Mangaluru, Chikkamagaluru, Bengaluru, Udupi, Agumbe and Kundapur for 33 days. Coastal artistes Gopinath Bhat, Umesh Mijar, Thimmappa Kulal and several other actors of Kannada have joined in the film. The story of the film proceeds in speed says the team.

Cast

Comedy has taken the centre stage in this film. The audio CD of the film will be released in the first week of March this year. Dubbing is completed and editing is in its final stages. The film will be ready in a week and then be sent to the censor board.

The lead of the Tulu film 'Jai Tulunadu', Asthik Shetty is the main lead in this movie and debutant Aishwarya Hegde is the heroine. Native of Hyderabad, Sanjana Naidu and noted comedian of our coast, Arvind Bolar will appear in unique roles and prominent roles.
