Ballari: Illegal transfer - Anupama Shenoy wants to sue CM, 7 others

Daijiworld Media Network - Ballari (SP)

Ballari, Feb 10: Former deputy superintendent of police, Anupama Shenoy, said that she has decided to file suit against the chief minister (CM) and seven others for transferring her out of Kugligi during last year when election code of conduct was in force. She added that the people against whom she plans to move the court are Siddaramaiah, home minister G Parameshwar, his adviser Kempaiah, state election commissioner P N Srinivasachari, Hadagali MLA C T Parameshwar Naik, retired director general of police Om Prakash, Ballari range inspector general of police S Murugan, and superintendent of police, R Chetan.

Anupama said she has already written to the governor, assembly speaker, chairman of the state legislative council, and state chief secretary, seeking permission to file plaints in the court against these persons. Addressing a press conference here on Thursday February 9, she reasoned that she was eased out of Kudlgi when zilla and taluk panchayat elections were round the corner, as she was perceived to be a deterrent to the distribution of illicit liquor.

The charges raised by Anupama echoed in the state assembly on Thursday after opposition leader, Jagadish Shettar, said in the assembly that Anupama had alleged that Parameshwar Naik had collected Rs 42 lac for transferring the polie officer. Naik, who came to the assembly 90 minutes later, objected to sullying his reputation in his absence based on press statement of a former police officer. Naik received support of ministers, Sharanaprakash Pati and U T Khader, and some Congress MLAs. After the speaker allowed Naik to give clarification to the charges, he denied any wrongdoing, and expressed his preparedness to face any probe. "If these charges are proved, I am prepared to step down from political field," he stated.

After the BJP MLAs and Naik engaged in war of words, law minister T B Jayachandra pacified them.

India is country with millions of people and thousands of Indians are well qualified for similar job. Transfer from one location to another location is the normal, Legal practice in Government jobs. Government job is not a right it is a privilege. Absence to work, voluntary resignation, Low or slow performance of duty, participation on political activity, corruption or supporting corruption, accumulation of wealth above known income should be cause of dismissal from Government job and that job should be given to other deserving /qualified/Law abiding fellow Citizen.

Ms. Anupama has the right to sue anyone as she wants. But why she was quite for such long time? What was she doing for her living? Who is giving all these ideas? What is her ultimate goal?

In the past, she met BJP leaders, Kaladka Bhat and other gangsters. If we all watch her motive very carefully, it is very clear to join BJP or try to harm Congress image, and she is feeding by BJP, and it's gang.

Ms. Anupama if you are truth and honest, please do not trust any political parties. They use you and leave your body for dogs to eat. Just think about Mr. Advani in BJP, who build the party so strong, and now he is broomstick thrown in the corner of BJP's office.

AMMA Anupama,,,, Injustice done to you at the time of your service .Videos and sound tracks posted by you proves it. You deserve sympathy and support. No doubt on it.
But what was the reason for keeping yourself quite for last 1 year ? your past statements were made us to believe that you are taking legal actions on few people. It was old story and nothing happens so far.
Are you targeting politics as your future career ? Shall we expect you as next candidate as MLA on Kaup constituency or Udupi ?

There is no use in filing case or conducting press conference. In India, Law & Order is purchased, Lawyers can prove reality into fake. You will just loose your temper, peace of mind, and your health. If you were really an honest officer and daring, then why did you pay a bribe of 42 lakhs ???? Let me ask you a simple question, where and how did you earn 42 lakhs to pay him ??? in a span of 3 years.

Ananth Shenvi, Karwar/ Doha, Qatar, please try to understand. She didn't pay 42 lac to Naik but someone else bribed him to get Anupama transfered from there so that illegals can do their illicit business without any hindrances. She was a BRAVE & BRILLIANT officer but due to RSS & BESHARAM JANARA teaching she lost everything.
