Even though Law & justice is concerned we are a Banana Republic and getting in to any higher position or promotion in Government requires the ability to manipulate, connect with influential corrupt person & pay huge amount of bribe. It is a commendable for a person of our own mangalore to be a Judge of the Supreme court.

Justice Abdul Nazeer congratulations and wish you the best being sworn-in as Supreme Court Judge. You have shown hard work and dedication to your work has
    been recognized and rewarded.

hindu, Kudla, please note if any, NK Kateel would have taken the full credit when this news came out. Let MK Kateel confirm his role and help extended, if any, so that he will get due credit. If he had helped, which we doubt very much based on his past statements and performance, it should be appreciated.

Im not a blind supporter of bjp. I am constrained to tell the bitter truth that a most simple, highly educated, capable, non corrupt, great patriot person Dr. Abdul Kalam sir was not appointed as President for second term intentionally by upa govt. Then politics was important why not now..? Do you attribute that Congress is a branded secular?

    Ha Ha Ha
Joke of the day, what does nk know about law or he have any capacity to recommend someone for such respective post.
Dear Hindu Kudla, Before commenting, i suggest to think and that also the name you are referring to is really a zero value. Unfortunately South Kanara elected a candidate because of modi wave.

    Dodanna,

I happen to know the person and the selection process
It is not about knowing the law- its about recommending the most able candidate to balance the Supreme court bench- Naseer Bhai fits the criteria

Give credit where credit is due

    thanks anna for clarifying
