Colombo, Feb 22 (IANS): The deaths in a boat capsize in Sri Lanka has risen to 13 after rescuers on Wednesday recovered two more bodies.

The boat, which capsized in the seas off Kalutara on Sunday, was ferrying passengers to a wedding, Xinhua news agency reported.

The navy said the overloaded boat had not followed safety regulations.
