Swami Aseemanand Acquitted In 2007 Ajmer Dargah Blast Case

Jaipur, Mar 8 (Agencies): Swami Aseemanand, a former leader of the Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh or RSS, has been found not guilty of any link to a bombing at the famous Ajmer Dargah near Jaipur in 2007.

He has been accused of masterminding the attack by the National Investigation Agency which handles terror cases. A special court has convicted three others accused in the case.

The charges against Aseemanand and six others included murder and spreading communal hatred. Three people have been convicted today by a court in Jaipur for the bombing which killed three people and injured at least 15 at the hugely-popular shrine for Sufi saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti in Ajmer.

Aseemanand is an accused in several other cases of bombing including at Malegaon in Maharashtra in 2006 in which nearly 40 people were killed, Hyderabad's Mecca Masjid in 2007 and the explosion in the same year on the Samjhauta Express in which nearly 70 passengers were killed on the train running between India and Pakistan.

He was jailed in 2010 after allegedly admitting to his involvement in the terror attack on the train. He later said he had been tortured and made to give a false statement.

The 78-year-old has been named in five major terror attacks between 2006 and 2008 in different cities, many of them described controversially as "Hindutva terror" on account of the alleged involvement of right-wing extremists.

If Nathuram Godse is still alive BJP would have given 'clean chit' with 'Padmashree' like LK Advani for Rath Yatra.
It may be saffron terror, espionage, drug trade, child trafficking, hate speeches, death threat or rape threat it is legitimate voice.
Anyone oppose to the RSS ideology is 'anti national'. Anyone praises is 'desh bhakt'.
RSS guruji Savarkar who asked mercy for British has already made is pictures hanging next to Father of nation Mahatma Gandhi. Is Swami Aseemanand will be glorified like savarkar?

It's a matter to concern to see how biased and spineless our legal and judiciary system has become. After bjp has come to power all criminals are being given clean chits and people are losing trust in our politicians and judicial system.

People will teach bjp a nice lesson in 2019.

Martyr Hemant Karkare of ATS Maharashtra has framed charges on Sadhwi Pragya Thakur and she too got clean chit..... shame shame to BJP. Under Modi government, judiciary has completely lost its credibility.

The main sympathisers and associates of RSS are recently captured ISIS of train blast and future plan to blow Ajmer Dargah. Both have same intentions, motive and same target. Evil secrets and operations of these two rogue organisations are coming to light slowly.

Wah, congratulations to our great Indian blind judiciary system. No surprise in this verdict which was expected by our inactive, useless legal system. Indian judiciary has become a laughing stuff. In their law books it is written only to convict the poor, innocent and helpless. Even if the culprit comes and admits his crime also, later due to political pressure, they will say we can not convict the accused due to lack of evidence. In this case also this Indian terrorist Aseemanand admitted that he committed the crime and later he lied and our great court believed and acquitted him. My fellow Indians, let us hail this verdict of our great court (of course there are thousand such verdicts) by a big round of applause.
Shame on all of us for tolerating such injustice. Indian constitution and Indian legal system needs a overall restructuring. Complete overhaul required.
