Hyderabadi woman tortured by in-laws in Pakistan calls Sushma Swaraj for help, MEA swings to action


New Delhi, Mar 21 (Zee News): External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has now come to the rescue of a Hyderabadi women who is being held in Pakistan and ill-treated by her husband and in-laws.

EAM Swaraj had posted on Twitter that she had received a YouTube message from Mohammad Akbar about his daughter Mohammadia Begum who was being ill-treated by her in-laws.

"Our mission sent a Note Verbale requesting the safety, security and well-being of Mohammadia Begum," she had tweeted.
