Kundapur: Daily wager building wall around well falls in, dies

Kundapur, Mar 30: A worker who was constructing a protective wall around a well in Kome, Thekkatte in Kota police station limits, unfortunately, fell into it and died on Tuesday morning, March 28.

The deceased worker is identified as Bhasker Mogaveera(37), son of Basava and Girija from Vaderahobali.

Bhasker had come to construct a wall for a well belonging to Babanna. He fell into it while demolishing the old wall around it. The well is about 12 feet deep with approximatly two and a half feet water level. As Bhasker fell headlong into the well, he died. The dead body was taken to N R Acharya hospital. A case is registered at Kota police station.
