According to financial wellness survey of 1,000 employees by ArthaYantra, 68 per cent face financial stress. As many as 37 per cent confirm that issues with personal finance are a major cause of distraction at work.
The survey revealed that 72 per cent of the surveyed employees have not thought about retirement or don't know how to save for retirement. More thanA85 percent of employees want their organisations to provide personal finance advice that will help them reduce stress.
