Chitradurga, May 19: Officials of the central income tax department raided the house and business centres of Davanagere BJP MP, G M Siddeshwara, whose house and business entities are located at Bheemasamudra in the taluk, on Thursday May 18.

It is learnt that the officials verified various documents and files during the raid.

Over 30 officials of income tax department who arrived at Bheemasamudra at around 9 am on Thursday in two buses, raided the Gutkha factory, G M Cooperative Society and areca nut wholesale trading centre belonging to Siddeshwara at Bheemasamudra.

 

It is said that both Siddeshwara and his son were not present during the raid.

The officials also raided the business centres owned by the MP at Davanagere and Shivamogga city in addition to Bheemasamudra. They questioned several persons during the raid.

The verification of books and files continued till 5 pm. The officials are yet to issue any official statement relating to the raid. Sources expect the raids to continue for a couple of days more.

    Mr. Modi and his gang have great plans to save all of his crew members. Before implementing any action, they are informing all his gang members to keep all their work clean and neat. It is like going to the dentist, and we brush our teeth to avoid necessary treatment. Other words are doing all evil works and always sitting front seat in religious place. What a great PM we have and what a great idea he has. India will become one pretty soon !!!!!!

    This is an encouraging news for ordinary bjpians. So far we have seen raids only on non BJP leaders....ab ayega maja...! Let this news be a warning and caution to our so many bandicoots in the party who are sitting relaxed.Let there be raids on other thieves wearing colourful dress ...what ever illegal wealth unearthed let it go to our welfare of brave soldiers and their families...
