Mangaluru, Jun 5: Monsoon has just begun in coastal region. Though only light rains were seen after the onset of recent monsoon, many parts of the city have already experienced the consequences of bad road management.
The situation at Thokkottu junction on the evening of Monday, June 5 was unpleasant and unexplainable with the highway becoming a virtual drainage.
