How come the name of the ladies hostel at Light House Hill is not given in your report? Is it the hostel affiliated to KMC ? Is it not the negligence of the hostel/college management responsible for the loss of a precious life of a poor daily wage earner? Hope the authorities book a criminal case and provide compensation to the victim's kith and kin .
