The day to day mechanical life lead by residents in this part of the world has lead to many of them not getting sufficient time to check their health properly. This has resulted in most of us residents suffering from health related problems like blood pressure, diabetes etc., informs a media release here on Tuesday April 22. 
 
With a view to at least getting first-hand knowledge and information about diseases and how to deal with it in a timely manner, the Karnataka Sangha in Sharjah has arranged a programme entitled "Health tips from specialists doctors," adds the release 
 
Under this programme health tips will be given by specialist doctors on 25th April 2008 between 9 am to 12 noon at the Sharjah Indian Association Hall.
 
The president of Karntaka Sangha Sharjah, Prabhakara Ambala has cordially invited all Kannadigas to avail the benefits of this programme through direct interaction with the specialist doctors present on the day.
 
The specialists to be present are Dr. Indira of G.M.C. hospital from Ajman, Dr. Prem  - Ayurvedic doctor, Suryakanth - yoga specialist.
