Modi meets Italian PM


Hamburg, Jul 8 (IANS): Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday met his Italian counterpart Paolo Gentiloni on the sidelines of the G20 Summit here.

"For second bilateral engagement today, PM @narendramodi meets PM Paolo Gentiloni of Italy," External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Gopal Baglay tweeted.

Italy is among India's top five trading partners in the European Union and is home to the third largest Indian community in Europe after Britain and the Netherlands.

Earlier in the day, Modi met South Korean President Moon Jae-in on the sidelines of the Summit.
