Everybody wants justice in this case and its the duty of administration to get justice for Kavya. When the corrupt/criminal rich people get punishment for their misdeeds then there is a real meaning to our independence.

I sincerely request with folded hands all right thinking people to join together and see that justice is done to this poor family. Anybody's heart would melt looking at the grieving mother and for once let us rise as one religion and thwart the evil designs of the perpetrators of this dastardly act, in case this happens to be a murder. Don't go by what the BJP or the Congress ministers say, listen to your conscience and act. The same applies to the police too. Prove that you are with the helpless people and not with those who grease your palms.

IN MANGALORE WE OBSERVE SEVERAL SCHOOLS ARE RUNNING IN HOUSE PRIMISES, BAY CARE , LKG UKG AND EVEN 1ST STD CLASSES WILL BE CONDUCTED IN SMALL HOSE PRIMISES, OUR BEO AND OTHE EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENTS ARE LEAST BOTHER ABOUT THIS. WE PARENTS ALSO SUPPORT SUCH INSTITUTION BY SENDING OUR CHILDRENS IN SUCH SCHOOLS. LATLY WE CALL UPON OBJECTIONS AFTER IF ANYTHING HAPPENS , OUR BEO IS PERMITTED MANY PRE PRIMARY SCHOOLS BY IGNORING THIER OWN RULES AND REGUKLATIONS.
HENCE WE REQUEST THE DC, MAYOR, EDCATIONAL DEPARTMENTS, BEO, AND NGO'S WOMEN AND CHILD WELFARE ORGANISATION, PLEASE LOOK INTO THESE MATTERS AND ATLEAST ARRANGE TO SHIFT THESE SCHOOLS FROM RESIDENTIAL HOUSES TO PROPER SCHOOL LOCATIONS AS PER THE RULES AND REGULATION. AND STOP CORUPTION.

When mighty and influential people can buy anything and everything, getting justice to a poor family seems impossible! This incident will be the talk of the town for a few days and forgotten until another incident happens. This is what we have seen in the past too! Hope Kavya's parents gets due justice!

Great personality Mr.Robert Rosario, who is supporting and helping to Kavya's parents. He is from christian community helping to Hindu community. Hats-off Sir. Who is fighting for religion they have to learn from Mr. Robert Rosario. I request you all please help to Kavya's parents for justice.

Dr. Mohan Alva & their team created suspect in this case. He is running such a reputed institution from long years, they don't know the rules and regulation of this situation? If any thing happens in the hostel or in the institution they have to inform the parents and the police department immediately. Why they shifted body to hospital without informing department and parents?
Why they shifted body to mortuary? Without informing to the parents ....really shocking!
Where is Kavya's friends in the college? Where is her roommates?

Why they are not visited Kavya's house? Really I shocked to heard that from his institution single person (Teaching staff, Non teaching staff, Hostel staff and Students) not visited Kavyas house.
Normally all the staffs and students visiting for the funeral and they are showing their condolence to the family members. I think they all worried about their job and afraid of Dr. Alva. What they don't have human beings? What is reason for this behavior of them? They should think the pain of Kavya's parents.

Dr. Mohan Alva sir try to understand the pain of the parents who lost their child. And sir help to Kavya's parents for the justice.

    Should Investigate
First person has seen that Kavya's suicide ... to whoom she or he informed?...
Who shifted body to Hospital? How they removed? From where she got saree?
In the Hospital who was there that time? Doctors, Nurses & other staffs.
Is ther any marks on the neck?
Her roommates, classmates, other sports students and surrounding peoples.
    All the Physical Directors.
    Where is her Personal Diary?

These days it is very difficult to believe any system whether it is police or Judiciary. We read that cases are twisted and judgments are bought.

We have to pray to God that Justice prevails for the grieved family.

If women especially from low socioeconomic class are not respected and if they have to live in fear and humiliation,, how can we call us civilized and educated.?
I see lot of similarities between Kavyas death and Soujanyas death. People with money , man power and political power can not be touched. After all politicians want to secure their seat and the power. Let's wake up and treat women in this country equal to men. I call upon all women to speak out against all injustice and the. atrocities .

Justice is sold to money nothing else and so called educated are dancing on politicians tones. Only Sunami or earthquake can bring justice without discrimination. More the education more the crime. When the fear of God and Karma dies you cant help the situation. Fame and profit has become the life.

The recent proven cases of murders are been treated very badly for selfish motives by protection giving forces. There may be lot of political and financial influence - no doubt, resulting we are loosing faith in law.
