Bantwal: RSS worker Sharath's murder - A month on, cops yet to make first arrest

Daijiworld Media Network - Bantwal (SP)

Bantwal, Aug 5: It has been a month since Sharath Madivala, an activist of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, was murdered at B C Road. Although the police have formed teams and have been putting in efforts to make headway in the investigation, the investigation seems to have been stuck. So far, no arrests have been made in this case.

Sharath was about to down the shutters of his laundry at B C Road at around 9.30 pm on July 4, when three persons who were seated in a motor bike suddenly approached him, hacked him to death and sped away.

Although Sharath was rushed to a private hospital at Thumbay first and then to a hospital in the city, he had breathed his last on the night of July 6. Sharath's funeral procession that was held amid tight security also gained notoriety because of stone pelting incident for which several have been booked.

The fact that this murder happened even when prohibitory orders were in place had drawn flak from pro-Hindu organizations. Because of this incident, hundreds of police personnel from neighbouring districts were deployed here, and prohibitory orders were repeatedly extended.

Six police teams have been formed to get to the root of this case and punish the culprits. Although many suspects have so far been taken into custody and questioned, it is gathered that the police have failed to identify the killers.

This murder and incidents following it gave rise to the transfers of district superintendent of police, Bhushan G Borase, additional superintendent of police, Dr Vedamurthy, and some police officers from Bantwal. Director general of police of the state, Rupak Kumar Dutta, and other high ranking police officers had visited the district and services of Chikkamagaluru superintendent of police, Annamalai, were also drawn to help control the situation.

Because of painstakingly slow progress of investigations, BJP and Hindu organizations have been demanding investigation to be handed over to National Investigation Agency. Although it was expected that the case would go to NIA at an early date, so far there are no inductions of this happening. Father of Sharath, Taniappa Madiwala, rues the fact that there is no progress in investigation as he feels, the government has not made up its mind to hasten the investigation. He said he is unaware about progress if any achieved in investigation.

District superintendent of police, Sudheer Kumar Reddy, says that several suspects have been questioned and so far no definite clues could be gathered. Therefore, no one has been arrested in this case, he added.

    Guys,

Do not worry. Very soon culprits will be caught. Why to make immediate arrest ? Police Department is very very smart. They collect all evidences before they catch some one.

Everyone knows , Police department took around 4 months to catch " Karthik Raj " murderers . So as this case....very soon truth will come out..

The universal truth is that..., -those who did it know... themselves..., as to who did it...,

even if the police department fail to trace the culprits..., the only statement in this regard is come from - vajradehi swamiji...,

how can it be interpreted ..., though coastal people are known to be smart..., let us wait for the investigation to complete..,

Search in infamous Political leader's house for clues. First police should have intention to catch the culprits without political interference. All ruling party joined hands to cover-up and we can forget this case as all other previous one. when Left and Right come to face to face all will be out.

Who was standby there to take Sharath to the hospital immediately after the attack at around 09:30 night? If they can take a injured to the hospital so quickly, could not they able to catch atleast one of the 3 criminals? Looks like this is all inside work of the RSS as usual, to malign the present government and get Sympathy from people for the assembly election!!!! Search the houses of Nalin, Shobha or KALLADKA you can get your catch!!!!!

as per some reports, the logic behind this kind of murder is to create fear in the mind of RSS workers. bcoz now a days the RSS shakas & membership is increasing. these RSS members are supporters of BJP party & also Hindu religion. hence some people want to stop the further membership of RSS & to ensure future generation would not impacted by RSS. it indirectly helps some political party as well as some religion organisation. the delay in arrest of murderer also indirectly pointing the same logic. if the govt is impartial & ensure the security of all the people without considering their caste/religion then it should arrest these criminals immediately. otherwise people will suspect the govt. hidden agenda.

Sharath father told to media that "the death declaration was delayed by a day & in such a case how we can expect the arrest so soon" this itself indicate that the family members don't have any hope of arrest. all this congress vote bank politics divide the people. govt is continuously transferring the police officers in such a case who will study this case & arrest these murderers. govt is not interested in arrest these criminals. vote bank politics of congress party.

But 1800 year old religion is quite incompatible with anyone, which is why RSS brand of Hinduism was probably born. The day numbers favor peaceful people, there will be no secularism left , let alone regards for 6000 year or 2017 year old stuff.
