M'lore: MCC Bank's New Management holds First Customers’ Meet

Mangalore, May 21: A customers meet of the M C C Bank, Hampankatta branch was held at the head office auditorium on Saturday May 17. H R Alva, proprietor of Maria advertisers and customer of the bank presided over the meet. This was the first customers’ meet of the bank after the new management resumed office.

Director of the bank, Stephen Quadros, who is also in-charge of the Hampankatta branch, informed that the new management has taken several steps to improve the bank and arranging interactions with the customers frequently, is one among them.


During interaction session many suggestions came from the customers for the betterment of the bank and the branch. John Rodrigues, vice-president of the bank assured the customers that the new management would bring out several improvements within a short span and solicited cooperation of the customers.

A committee consisting of Anil Lobo, advocate Eugene D'Cunha and Lancy D'Souza was formed to chalk out strategy to unite the customers under the banner "Friends of M C C Bank."

Earlier in the beginning staff member Praveen Monteiro, led the prayer. Senior Manager, Joseph Quadros, welcomed the gathering. Branch staff Jane Crasta proposed vote of thanks.

Directors of the bank Valerian Sequeira, John D'silva, Raymond D'Cunha, many prominent customers and staff members were present during the meeting.
