Panaji, May 26: The annual cultural programme of Bal Bhavan-Goa, 'Balotsav 2008' was celebrated with great enthusiam. Around 1000 students from different Bal Bhavan centres across the state particiapted in the mega event and won hearts of of hundreds fo young and old who had gathered.

The event was held in the Dinanath Mangueshkar auditorium of Kala Academy in Panaji. On the ocassion students presented varied cultural performances. The event was organized by Bal Bhavan in association with Kala Academy and Information and Publicity department of the government of Goa.
