Mangalore: Daijiworld's Dayanand Kukkaje Wins Photography Contest

Mangalore, May 30: Dajiworld's ace photographer Dayanand Kukkaje has been awarded three prizes for his photography during the recently-held Gulf Cup Dirt Track Racing at Mangala Stadium here.

He bagged the top honours for his photographs published between April 29 and May 10.

He also won the second and third prizes for his photographs published between April 27 and April 28.

27-year-old Dayanand, hailing from Kukkaje village near Perla has been in Daijiworld team since 2004. He has won many photography contests all along. He has the reputation of being one of the quickest photojournalists when it comes to getting information and photographs for any breaking news or event.

The prizes are being awarded by Sportscraft, which had organized the Gulf Cup Dirt Track Tracing.

Hearty congratulations to Dayanand Kukkaje from the entire Daijiworld team.

I am one of the admirers of Dayanand Kukkaje and appreciate the depth and creativity in his photographs. His recent pictures of Karavali has evoked nostalgic memories of our native. Though I have not met him, I have heard about him from the days of his visit to Andaman Island on humanitarian mission. Today when I see his smart handsome photograph I wish he would soon step out in front of the Camera!. I congratulate him and wish him many more accolades
