Tanzania: Newly built presbytery inaugurated at Kifaru

Tanzania, Sep 15: The newly built presbytery at Kifaru was inaugurated on September 10.

Bishop Dr Rogath Kimaryo presided over the Holy Eucharist. Bishop Dr Aloysius Paul D’Souza of Mangaluru diocese along with eight other priests concelebrated the Eucharist.

After the Holy Eucharist, Bishop Dr Aloysius Paul D’Souza, inaugurated and blessed the new presbytery and thanked all for the contributions made to build the presbytery. Later, both the bishops honored the guests, catechists, donors and the people who volunteered to work for the parish.

The parishioners also honored the bishops and the priests. The programme was capped with a sumptuous lunch.
