Melbourne, Jun 3: Troubled pop star Britney Spears is still incapable of making decisions for herself, the Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner reviewing her case has ruled.
The 26-year-old singer's court-appointed attorney, Samuel Ingham, and attorneys for the pop star's father and conservator, James Spears, spent 90 minutes in Commissioner Reva Goetz' chambers, reports the Daily Telegraph.
Ingham told the court his client's medical condition is 'fluid' because her treatment is changing.
The 'Toxic' singer's probate case is slated to go to trial July 31, but her attorney said that it could be 'harmful' for her to participate.
However, after another long afternoon in the courtroom, during which the singer's medical and psychological condition were reviewed in length, the commissioner ruled that Britney's health continues to be 'somewhat tenuous' and that she is still incapable of making decisions for herself.
Britney and her estate have been under the conservatorship of her father for four months.
